the hotel was spotless and lovely welcoming, had nice views of the bay. that venue was in a good location, right next to the ferry terminal so very handy. what's more, it was really close to beautiful arran, public areas, and brodick castle across the bay.

Well-Equipped Executive Rooms, Excellent Fjord Views, Scenic Bar Area
In my opinion, the inconsistent food quality really detracted from the overall experience!!! I found that room temperature issues were quite bothersome .

The location is handy, 3 km from landscaped gardens. It's in a very comfortable building in the comfortable area. Make sure you stay in the deluxe queen room with the view of the garden. The beds are comfy, and the breakfast is sensational.

Spacious room, hearty breakfast, but they forgot our desserts at dinner.

missingWrote a review on 26 Julcomfortable roomcute atmospherepoor bathroom lightingcold bistroinattentive service
Staying in an Executive Double Room offered spacious comfort, with a large bed and nice touches like homemade biscuits. The downside was the limited toiletries and the bathroom lighting. Breakfast options were good, but the bistro was quite cold, and there were service lapses during our meal. Despite these issues, the fine sea view somewhat compensated for the shortcomings was great.

The staff were accommodating and attentive to my needs. I particularly enjoyed the dining options, with a well-prepared breakfast with freshly made dishes. The Beautiful Double Room was spacious, comfortable, and well-decorated. The location, being close to key amenities, was very convenient.
The mattress in the room was somewhat lumpy, affecting sleep quality.
